Q5. Is there any chances of my order being damaged during the shipment?

Oaks take all the required safety measures during the shipment just to deliver you your product safe and handy. If the product is delivered to you damaged, we request you to inform Oaks as soon as possible.

Q6. Can I get my order exchanged?

Yes! Oaks has a very flexible 7 days exchange policy. Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the product then you can easily exchange it with another product of your choosing within 7 working days. Q7. What is the procedure of exchange?

There are two methods to exchange your product. You can either walk into your nearest Oaks store to get your product exchanged or you can send the product to Oaks official address via courier within 7 days of purchase. Once we receive the product, we will send a replacement item in exchange. However, you have to pay the difference (where applicable).

Q8. Can the customers outside the Pakistan shop at Oaks?

Yes we have multiple options. We also offering Shipping Worldwide through DHL Courier Services.

On nationwide we offering free delivery on order above PKR.2000/- and On International shipping charges apply depend upon your location. The delivery cost is calculated instantly during the checkout process.

Q15. How can I care for my Oaks apparel?

Each of our products has an attached care label to it. We advise our customers to please read the label carefully and handle your apparel with utmost care.

Q16. What if I have decided to cancel my order?

Do not panic! If you want to have your order cancelled. At Oaks we have friendly customer care and rules. You are requested to tell Oaks about it as soon as possible. Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. You are required to email us at support@oaks.pk However, if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. Your best option then is to return the item for a redeemable voucher. Please note that in our efforts to deliver unmatched customer service, we aim to ship your order within 24 hours.

Q17. How can I use my discount voucher?

During the checkout process, just enter your voucher code that has been provided to you via an E-mail from Oaks. Your total will be automatically adjusted against the discount.

Q18. What if I forgot my password?

It is easy to reset your password. Just click on Account (top right) and then on Forgot Password in the Registered Customers box. Type your email address and click Submit. Your new password will be automatically emailed to your email address within a couple minutes.

Q19. Why do I need to give you an Email Address?

We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and tracking details. If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
